The Fair Housing Act (FHA) requires housing providers to allow Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) as a reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities, even in "no-pets" buildings. Housing providers must waive pet fees, deposits, and breed/size restrictions if the ESA is requested as a reasonable accommodation and does not pose an undue burden or fundamental alteration to services. To qualify, you must demonstrate a disability and a disability-related need for the animal, often requiring a letter from a healthcare professional

Meghan Cromie is able to offer ESA (Emotional Support Animal Services) letter writing services. I understand the importance our furry loved ones can play in our mental health, and can work with you in assessing if an emotional support animal is the right step for you. An ESA letter is a formal document issued by a licensed mental health professional confirming an individual’s diagnosis for a mental or emotional condition that benefits from an emotional support animal. ESA letters are essential for securing housing rights.

Please read below to better help understand the process of undergoing the necessary steps.

Letter writing services are billed at a flat rate of $150 per letter in addition to actual therapy session cost
